I cant access my welcome emails or any bills and need my account number and area code

as above im trying to enquire about uprading my package and cannot set up my online account

    Do you pay by direct debit ?   If so you can go onto your bank app and check your Virgin Media payment, the ref will be your account number.  Ignore the last 3 digits if they are 001.

    Cant help with the area ref, I just happened to remember mine.
