I am facing house eviction by court and Virgin Media is demanding cancellation charges that.

It is a shame that Virgin Media customer service are showing no compassion or empathy towards my situation that I cannot control. They are also saying that they cannot forward my call to someone who can help and that they have alreasy spoken to their manager.


They are demanding fees over £200 for cancellation. However, this eviction is completely out of my control. I do not have a place to stay and have become homeless. Can anyone help?
