I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package at the moment. We wouldn't be able to look into any package changes with you over the forums.please give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, 4 and 4 again, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you and hopefully be able to put you onto a deal that better suits you.
Regarding your online account, have you tried to use the forgotten password link to try and access your account? If you have tried that and are still having issues, we can look into that from here, so please let us know if you need further assistance with your online account issues.
