How to contact Virgin if you are deaf
I need to contact Virgin preferably by chat as I am deaf. Chat doesn’t seem to be available. I wanted to renew my co tract which runs out this week but think I will end up cancelling because it is so hard to contact anybody. I don’t have a Smartphone either. I have tried ringing the free number for deaf people but again it just rings, no answer. Are they just busy, will chat be available later?
