How to cancel TV and phone
I don't own a TV. I have never owned a TV.
I don't own a landline phone. I have never owned a landline phone.
I have been signed up to Virgin's TV and phone packages, without ever requesting either. I have been sent a 360 box that I don't want.
I want to cancel my TV and phone, but keep the broadband. I will either return the 360 or scrap it.
I've tried to use their live chat, but after an hour waiting in a supposedly 10-minute queue, I've given up on that.
I've using their website, but there's no options provided to downgrade.
I've tried to call them, but cannot find a phone number.
This is my last effort before I give up and switch to BT.
