How much notice do I need to give for leaving Virgin Media when already out of contract
My two major gripes are now getting the better of me. Not only am I paying just short of £100 per month for 250mb broadband with telephone service plus a TV service that I have asked to be removed two years ago but have never seen a price reduction for that. Now Virgin Media are insisting that I reveal another one of my email accounts (with another provider) in order to be able to set up a Virgin Media O2 account just so I can access my Virgin Media account.
Could someone tell me how much notice I need to give to cancel my services and how long will I retain access to my ntlworld.com email address please.
I'd like to point out that I've been a very loyal customer since they first came to England as Cabletel in the early 1990's, in fact the area in which I live was the original pilot area.
