How Do I Speak To A Real Person About Changing Package

Hi

Im trying to contact a human about removing tv/landline services and just using broadband but it’s impossible to speak to a human.

The chat bot never sends a WhatsApp message and the phone goes into ‘we’re busy please hold’ but no one ever answers. 

What is the best way to get to contact a human at Virgin please?

We have many ways in which you can change your package, via your online account, or via our retentions team 📞 0345 454 1111, menu options 1, 4, & 4 (thinking of leaving us).
