How do I see my bill?

 

  • Thanks for your help, I was signing in with secondary account. I was trying trying to use main account but it wouldn't accept the password. Turned out there was a space that shouldn't have be there. 
    I didn't think spaces were allowed in passwords!

  • I sign in, click on the hamburger menu, then Billing, which opens Virgin Media Help and Support. I click on Billing and Payments, and it takes me to the Virgin Media Billing and Payments Help and Support page. I click on View My Bill, which opens the How Can We Help? page. Then I click on Broadband, TV, and Landline, and it loops back to the Virgin Media Help and Support page. This just goes round in circles.
    I've tried with Firefox and chrome and the app all the same.

      chrispy1​  If you are not seeing the latest bill section when signing into https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2/home then it would suggest that you are signing into with a secondary account username rather than the primary billing address.  If that isn't the case then it looks as if there must be a configuration issue with your account that you will need help from the Forum Team to resolve.  They will reach this thread in due course.

      Judging from your screen shots you are opening the Help & Support link instead.

      What happens if you click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal bars) in the top left of the pages shown in your screenshots, which I've indicated with 3 red crosses? This should open another screen (again shown below) which allows you to access your billing etc

      Have you tried a different browser, or an incognito/private window, or clearing data/cookies?

      Or try opening the My Virgin Media app instead.
