How do i give a positive review of an Engineer visit

Hi I would like to give a positive review to my recent engineer visit but the only email I have had is one stating what the problems were & how they were solved & also stating that I MIGHT be asked to write a review. Why can't every customer write a review?? If someone could send me a link to write a review I would appreciate it. My engineer was very friendly & helpful so a very positive visit by engineer Ali 19483. I haven't left any of my account details here on this request
