How do I fix incorrect address?

The service address on my contract is incorrect - it says I live in a flat and my postcode appears twice. Pretty sure it's why I can't get Volt benefits as it thinks the addresses are different between my Virgin and O2 accounts. How do I go about fixing it? Cheers.
