How do I contact VM?

I'm trying to downgrade my package or cancel it as I can't pay for it anymore but I am unable to find a phone number to contact.  I have been pushed to WhatsApp but get no response whatsoever there. 

It shouldn't be this difficult to contact a supplier.

My only option soon will be to just stop paying. At least them they'll probably try and contact me.  

 

If anyone can pass on a phone number for the retention team or anything helpful it would be appreciated.

    Call 150 from a Virgin Media landline (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (call costs may apply). Choose the 'thinking of leaving us' option (or nearest equivalent). These are the contact numbers but they may not be any more customer-friendly than the other channels you have tried.

    Do not cancel your payments to VM. We have seen endless topics on here where the one and only thing this does is start VM's debt collection processes against you leading to missed payment fees, possible disconnection and ultimately debt collectors at the door.
