can't contact VM
Hello, Why has Virginmedia made it 100 times worse for us to contact them. I'm 76 and got a touch of Alzheimers so need to talk to someone in UK. 150 does not work and their phone number does nothing. My contract is up soon and you putting my bill up to £75 a month. Can't afford that so I either need a deal or I LEAVE after being with you for 30 years or more
