How do I contact Virgin Media , You seem to make it very difficult , My contract ends in July and I want to downgrade my package , 150 is not working , I tried the help line , It does not recognize my password , There does not seem to be a way to downgrade on your web site , only upgrade, I can not speak to anybody , If I can not get it sorted soon I will have to leave Virgin Media when my contract ends.
