How do I confirm my contract agreement
Hi, my contract was due to end in April - so in March I took up the online offer of a new one, but despite getting an email with a contract I still kept getting invites to renew and notifications that my contract would soon expire. This week, after seeing that my bill had more than doubled and getting more reminders that my contract had ended I tried the renew thing. Another email with another contract, but it still doesn’t show on my VM account.
The phoneline doesn’t really have an option for this… can someone help or explain?
