How do I change the email bills go to?
All my Virgin Bills have been going to the email address I used when I first set up my Virgin account, many years ago! (I'll call it email1)
I use a different email for actual emails etc and have been able to log in with that one. (I'll call that email2)
I tried to access email1 on my laptop and got the message that it's not a valid email address - I can access it in my phone!
I decided to stop using it and get bills sent to email2 instead; but I can't see how to do that - I just end up in a loop of help screens!
Can anyone tell me how to change the billing email address??
It all seems much worse since the recent changes! Not user friendly at all!!
