- Find out whether Homeworks is a “complimentary” part of my package and
- Cancel it if it isn’t?

log into 'My Virgin Media' and see how it is shown in your package info.
Link above says it is on a rolling 30 day term requiring 30 days notice to cancel.
We see occasional complaints on here where is has been added (at cost) without the customer agreeing to it.
