Homeless

Hi I am becoming homeless due to split from partner . I have contacted my council and I need to phone on the day of my homelessness to get accommodation which will be a hotel or hostel. I cannot take my virgin media with me and I cannot afford to pay the £300 odd cancellation fee. I am a loyal customer I will continue to use you when I get my housing situation sortied which might take a while however I cannot afford to pay the cancellation fee
