Can you explain the problem you're having with your VM service/billing?

I was scrolling through the channels on a fairly new box and I clicked on a channel that was a subscription service. I clicked off the channel when I realised what I'd done but wasn't sure whether I'd actually purchased anything and given the various other reports on this issue, I thought I'd ask the question.
I am currently on strong medication following a recent accident so I'm not 100% sure what the message said.
I could not find any ppv purchases on my account but I'm not sure where to look.
Any help would be appreciated.
