How did you cancel? Was it confirmed by VM?

Hiya. I spoke to VM to explain I was leaving and the date of switching. I had to call VM again a few times to get a package to send back my tv box and router and then VM called to say they were charging me for leaving. I have had no bills, my online account shows no costs but VM have been taking by direct debit each month.
