Hi. Although I cancelled my package and VM is still taking payments every month.

Hi. How can I get someone at VM to sort this out? I left VM last autumn and sent the kit back but VM is still taking payments by direct debit. The help pages do not help.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package after leaving Virgin Media. Are you receiving any bills from us at all?

  • Hiya. I spoke to VM to explain I was leaving and the date of switching. I had to call VM again a few times to get a package to send back my tv box and router and then VM called to say they were charging me for leaving. I have had no bills, my online account shows no costs but VM have been taking by direct debit each month.
