Help!
Hello
Can someone help me as VM have made a right nonsense of my account.
I took up an offer of broadband / sky sports and tv on a new contract they sent it through and it’s missing HD which now they want me to pay - so I’ve used my cooling off period to revert to my old package which I hade until November but the reverted contract is wrong again!
Feel like I’m going in circles!
