Help with request to return a router that was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel and stolen

Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me. I cancelled my account during the 14 day cooling off period because of the title of my post. I’ve received all the cancellation documents by email already. Today I received an email requesting the return of the stolen kit. The kit was never in my possession, I have photographs that prove Yodel delivered it to the wrong address. This was reported the day after it happened to both Virgin and Yodel. Could anyone advise me on what I should do about the email? Do I need to call in again?
