Help with billing
Hey there,
So, my contract was ending on the 2nd of October, right? So I hit up Virgin and we agreed on a new contract for £36 a month. But guess what? I got an email saying it's more than that.
I just spoke to them again and they assured me it's £36. But I've had issues with this exact thing in the past.
Can you check and make sure it's actually £36 this time? I'd really appreciate it.
