Help regarding Contract!

Can someone help me or get back to me please!!!
My contact is due to finish in November & will come up to a price I can’t pay. However my new bill for October is way to high for my current deal. Can you please get back to me in regards to this.

    Does your new bill cover a period of time which crosses over the end of your minimum term date and then beyond into November?

    Thanks for posting and sorry for any confusion with your bill. As we charge a month in advance this bill will show charges for the time period after your discount has ended.

    Package changes aren't something we do via this forum, but you can call us on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and we can take a look at things.
