Hi KR81
I hope you are settling into your new home.
The Homemovers team should have checked their database to see if there was any possibility that they could provide services at your new home within the UK when you contacted them, and then they should have provided you with the contact details and advised you of the proof of evidence they require.
The accepted documents showing your new address are :-
bank statement, driving licence, insurance policy, mortgage information, rental agreement or utility bill
You did get in touch with them didn't you, so they can apply the 30 days cancellation notice to your account?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Yes I was on an online chat for 3 hours arranging everything finally after waiting 2 days for a response. They don't cover the road we have moved to. The lady on the chat said I will receive an email to reply to with my details so far I have only had an email regards returning my boxes.
I did try emailing HomeMovers@virginmedia.com that you suggested on a previous post but it bounced back.
Thanks

Hey KR81, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.
When this mentioned did give you any type of email address at all to send these documents in?
As mentioned above, did they say anything at all?

Hi Matt,
I was told I would receive an email within 24 hrs to reply to but I'm still waiting! Hopefully they will sort it from homemovers@virginmedia.co.uk
