Has my order gone through or not?

Hi All.

I tried to move my broadband to Virgin media this afternoon. At the same time I tried to move my landline provider and also added an option for an O2 sim card.

After entering my name, address, bank details, PAC for my current mobile number etc. It all seemed to go through OK and I duly received an email saying "We've got your order!" with the correct details of what I had ordered.

A few minutes after that I got the "boo hoo you're leaving" email from my current bradband and phone supplier.

However an hour later I received another email from Virgin titled "Ready to return to your basket?" which implied that my order had not gone through. There was a link in that message and when I clicked on that it took me to quite an early page in the ordering process, before entering the PAC, bank details etc.

I am confused now - has my order gone through or not? I don't want to be cut off from my current broadband supplier only to find that I am not yet a customer of Virgin.

I tried to sort this out with the Virgin help chatline. That was no help whatsoever.
