Hard search

Dear Team

I applied for a broadband in April and I have noticed today on my credit report that Virgin Media did a hard check twice in April. I would like the hard search to be removed from my credit file as I never made credit applications with Virgin Media. Due to this, my credit score went from 975 to 385! Please remove the report and notify Equifax as this will greatly affect my credit affordability with my remortgage in August.
