Hacked account

hi ٫ my virgin media account seems to have been hacked and a random Netflix account that is pin locked has been added. I have reported this to virgin twice and it still has not been resolved. it its is extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating and I have wasted many be hours trying to get this fixed. Please sort this out !
