Get this bill sorted!
My latest VM bill has been generated. It's extortionately high. Is it because I have given 30 days notice. Why???..Contract expires 22nd June. Can attach screenshot if required...
VM say I did not pay last month's bill. However it goes out via direct debit. It went out as normal. As on the screenshot. Honestly I'm gobsmacked. Someone sort this. Listed below is from the email.
New bill total£154.11
Package £100.11
Owed from last month (which has been paid by DD).£54.40
My package is only £54.40 so that is incorrect. Also last month's at £54.40 was paid.
Do you want people to get ill worrying about this VM. I'm disgusted to be honest. Sort this out please.
