Gaining access to account
A couple of months ago I moved to a new address. Virgin closed my account and opened a new one (I wasn't aware of this at the time). I haven't ever recieved anything for this account so I don't know the account number or any details for it.
I've been getting texts from Virgin saying I've missed payments and the internet was going to be cut. I've not got any internet, but I'm still being charged for it and I'm concerned I'm going to end up with bailiffs at the door in the future for unpaid bills (I don't know how much is owed). I'm still recieving text messages warning me of **bleep** payments and how it will affect my credit rating
I've spent hours on the phone and on whatsapp with Virgin but I've been told there's nothing they can do to sort this as I don't have any details for the account and can't pass the security checks.
DO you have any advice on how to get this sorted?
