Fuming!
Hi,
I joined VM on 18th Feb and my equipment was supposed to be delivered the next day. Yodel failed to deliver so an engineers was booked for the 20th as I didn't trust Yodel.
The Engineer failed to show so I spoke to an advisor in chat who said the engineers was stuck at another job and that he would contact me. An hour later and no contact so I went on live chat again and the advisor said he had already been which contradicts what the previous advisor said. I was in all day and no one came.
So I told the advisor to cancel everything as I don't want it anymore and that I don't expect things to go forward. Now I'm getting emails saying things about final bills and returning equipment. I look on Virgin website and I'd been signed up to a 18 month contract. No services have been installed.
I know what's going to happen.. I'm going to be charged for services I don't have.
I've tried to complain on the Web form but it doesn't work, the web chat advisors are not trustworthy and because of my autism I struggle on the phone.
I have saved all Web chat interactions.
Can a Moderator help me please?
