First bill

I've just started a contract for broadband and TV as a new customer. I bought online a package for £69.99 per month plus a £150 credit on my bill.  On the My Virgin app my first bill shows my 2 monthly payments as being £156 which is the cost of my package without discounts applied.  It does show the £150 credit though.  Can anyone explain the absence of the discounts on my bill?  My contract states the correct amount of £69.99.

    Hi Aiyisha_B,

    Have you made any progress with my enquiry yet?  I am anxious to get the matter sorted before my 14 day cooling off period is over, in case there is some fundamental issue with my order which means I have to cancel,  I just cannot afford to be stuck with a £156 bill every month until the problem is eventually resolved.

    Resolved my billing problem on the phone today.  Called at 9.30, issue resolved successfully without any quibble.
