I've just started a contract for broadband and TV as a new customer. I bought online a package for £69.99 per month plus a £150 credit on my bill. On the My Virgin app my first bill shows my 2 monthly payments as being £156 which is the cost of my package without discounts applied. It does show the £150 credit though. Can anyone explain the absence of the discounts on my bill? My contract states the correct amount of £69.99.
