I am due to recieve my first self kit 17/02/24 in 2 days time. Online it says my first bill I will be charged is the 28/02/24.
This does not seem right I was told my first payment would be March ??
I am confused as to how much I will be paying and when. I have had no emails about the payment breakdown.

Sorry to hear of your billing concerns. Does this not advise that your first bill will generate on 28/02/24 but won't be due until March?
Your first bill will be a double bill for services from your install/activation date and then a month in advanced, as this is how we would bill going forward. You can find more information on understanding your first bill here if needed.
