Finally leaving VM due to poor retentions
I'm in exactly the same position after 25 years a VM customer, WhatsApp experience to cut a deal was terrible, kept having to repeat myself again & again and ended up with nothing.
I'm due to leave on 27th August and almost a week on from cancellation no phone call. Looks like they are keen to get rid of me as the packing to send my equipment back has arrived already!
