Just checked my contract on virginmedia.com and it lists the following:-
Mega TV
Virgin TV 360 Box
Additional TV Box
Virgin TV 360 Mini Box.
I do not have all the items above, I have a 360 box in the living room and a mini box in the bedroom, why is there an extra one listed in the contract?? I only have 2 boxes?!?!? Contract was started 10th Jan 25.
Unless it just means the additional tv box is the 360 mini? Best to check in any case.
The TV360 mini box is the additional TV box. So 2 boxes in total.

The picture you've shared shows two boxes total. One 360 box and one additional box which is the 360 mini.

i get that, i understand that, i have 2 boxes, the tv360 and the 360 mini, both which are listed above in the screenshot, my question why is there is a line saying additional tv box, 3rd line down, that implies i have 3 in total, or am I simply not understanding this?!?!?!
Reason this is bugging me is if/when i cancel i dont want VM saying i have 3 boxes and we want 3 when its clear i only have 2.
