Eurosport stopping soon, option for free subscription to TNT Sports

I added TNT Sports as a result of your email telling me that Eurosport will stop broadcasting soon, and as an existing Eurosport customer I am entitled to subscribing to TNT Sports free of charge (which you will charge for £18 a month and then crediting the same amount to my account, which means free of charge to me), until the end of my current contract.
 
I have since subscribed to TNT Sports and you sent me an email showing that my monthly bill have increased.

As per your original email, you shall not charge me any extra money. If that is not correct, then I instruct you cancel my subscription to TNT Sports immediately and I shall expect no additional charge on my account what so ever.
 
Please confirm immediately of the situation. I shall not accept any additional charges.

    The email sent in regards to TNT subscription outlines how this offer can be taken, we can see you have called and spoken to the team in regards to this.
