Can you confirm you have tried different browsers or even private mode?
Please also try to clear cache and cookies.

Hi, yes tried different browsers, clearing cookies and cache and incognito mode. Still doing the same thing in showing DEF01 error . I need this fixed please as I can't access my settings etc.
