Erroneous Night Ticket Purchase After TV 360 Upgrade
After scrolling through the channel listing following an upgrade to TV 360, I believe I've erroneously purchased a Night Ticket after pressing OK rather than scrolling up the channels.
Although I can't remember the exact sequence of events and messages, it appears that you are not presented with any confirmation of payment and the amount, but are just informed you've purchased a Night Ticket!
This is not acceptable. I had no intention of purchasing one and have no intention of using it. Would a member of VM please remove this erroneous purchase so that it does not appear on my bill.
