End of contract emails don't match my dates

I've been getting emails telling me to renew / upgrade as my contract is due for renewal.  My contract doesn't finish until August 2025 and when I use the link to log in, I am unsure what I am meant to be doing.  I don't want to upgrade. The 'contact us' page is useless.  The web chat keeps logging out.  The complaints page doesn't work so I can't get hold of anyone to discuss.  Can anyone advise?

    Sorry to hear of the confusion caused over the ending of the current contract with offers being made to you currently.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and I'll look into this for you so we can determine your contract end date.

    Just bear in mind that you'll always get a better renewal offer if you show you are not keen to renew. Wait until your present contract is due to finish, and stress that you don't want any upgrade.
