End of Contract - New Monthly Bill

Can you please clarify my latest bill. I'm currently paying £88.98 per month with a contract that ends in 8th March 2025. I received an email on 13th February 2025 advising me that from 2nd April 2025 my monthly payment will increase to £99.98. Today I've received notification that my bill dated 24th February (payment date 17th March) is £108.04.

I understand that renewal of existing contract will no longer include TNT Sports and if I want to continue with TNT Sports that I will have to pay an extra £18 per month in addition to the £99.98 or £108.04?

    We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion over your latest bill. As we bill in advance, your latest bill will likely contain service charges for after 8th March however the discounts will still be applied for the dates before then. This will result in a higher bill than usual but not as high as your new monthly amount. 

    TNT Sports is no longer included in our packages so if you were looking at renewing your contract, there would be an added charge. We can certainly have a look at a package renewal for you and outline your options, but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
