Emails

Having problems with blueyonder and virgin media emails which I have used for years. I had to sign in to my VM account and set up a non virgin email. Since then I have lost my email accounts on my phone .I can access them on my laptop and tablet.

VM have been of no help whatsoever. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    How come you set up an none virgin email, was this for the new joint account details?

    What happens, when you go down the forget password / email route?

    What error messages / codes are you getting when you are trying to login?

      Hello Matthew

      As explained I had to set up a non virgin email as per security ID check for VM02 sign in.

      I have now managed to get my blueyonder email account on my mobile but not my virgin media.com. Error message :The user name or password is incorrect .POP3/IMAP isn't turned on for this accout.

      All accessible on laptop and tablet without any issue.
