Email

I have an ongoing complaint.  I received an email from the Resolutions Team.  The email is 

"ResolutionsTeam@virginmedia.co.uk"  Can anyone tell me if that email accepts incoming emails as I have replied to it and have not had a response?  If it doesn't accept emails, does anyone have an email for Virgin Media that does accept email.

    The complaint you made, did the reference number start with C-?🙂

        If this is the case then yes that email does receive customer responses. This is then picked up by an agent who will contact you once they have reviewed your complaint in full and your response. We hope this information helps🙂
