I also ordered my new broadband with the wrong email address. Meaning I can't confirm the Wi-Fi or receive anything Virgin Media promised, and I need this issue resolved. I have tried to use the chat but they won't help

  • I bought wifi and entered the wrong email address on purchase. I tried to fix through online help assistant but it doesn’t appear to have worked. I can’t access account number
