Email Reset......Again!

Hi all,

I have an old ntlworld.com email address. It got corrupted for some reason. `My login to the Virginmedia portal is a different email address due to heading off a potential issue with fraud.

I've tried entering in the ntlworld.com email address and go through the email password reset but I keep getting the error that the account doesn't exist. It does. It would appear the email is somehow an orphan even though it's there online through the web shortcut in the home page.

Any ideas gratefully received. I've wasted hours on this trying to find a solution.

    Hi all. I’ve managed to sort it. I used google AI app and it clearly explained exactly how to sort it.

        Nope totally screwed up on both my mac and iPhone. I go through the email password reset and have done this multiple times. I enter the password and no joy on either the mac or iPhone. One thing I have noticed is that the correct email address is shown on the generate password screen but the login address is shown on the response screen with the password. Could it be generating a password for a non existent email account on the platform? 

        PS My wife's emails are now totally broken in the same way. In the past this would have been a secondary email address. I'm beginning to wonder whether to just forget nearly 30 years of using the same email and putting a forward on to another platform. This is now a totally unreliable service.
