EMail & Account Problems
The account is officially registered.
Access to the main account details was via a "main"@ntlworld.com email account which has somehow been changed.
“We” have various “Virgin & ntlworld” email accounts for specific purposes of which on-line details eg lists of emails/spam etc of some cannot now be accessed.
My request/complaint is that I cannot access, manage, report spam etc on the accounts and that somehow on their servers something has happened to prevent this. All of the accounts need to be reset? Or repaired?
I posted a more full set of details to their complaints department more than a week ago and had nothing in return - I cannot even check the status of my complaint because I cannot sign in with a "main account holder"
