E billing

I've tried numerous links, instructions etc and nothing works . Just cannot sign up for e billing . Any help would be appreciated

    What issues are you facing sorry, is it signing up? If so what issues are you getting?

    Have you ever signed up before to this at all?

    Not signed up before, have just had paper bills but now want to go onto e billing and none of the links or instructions work . Am at a loss what to do next apart from contact customer service. Thought doing it through the app would be simple but it's not
