Downgrade - which package?

I'm looking at downgrading my package from the Oomph mega package which obviously has everything as my son is leaving home. I no longer need sky Cinema or Sky Sports or Sky sport News or 2nd box. What is the best package to go down to whilst still keeping the fast internet connect connection
