Do i need to mention the hub to be included in my self kit

Question

Does my self instillation kit comes woth wifi router because i bought the broadband from the sales team and on the contract it says only broadband.
when i previously bought the plan , on the contract page it mentioned the hub.

The VM hubs are a cable modem and router combined, that’s why they are called hubs not routers.

Not designed to have a fan and most do not overheat. Hub4 is the only one with a fan, none in a hub5 or 5x.

i have to have a fan next to it or my internet will randomly drop out&nbsp;leaving virgin media on 9 September so only about 4 or 5 weeks to put up with this rubbish hub 3&nbsp;&nbsp;
