Dangerous cabling installed by Virgin around my front door
Hi. I have highlighted this problem to Virgin in the past but with no joy. Again during the renewal process all they were interested in doing was signing me up and saying they would direct me to faults. I waited over an hour with no replay. The past few days I have tried various methods including online chat and WhatsApp both for almost 2 hours without reply! I am at a loss!
Although I objected at the outset I was told that the cabling to my home couldn't be done any other way.. Yet I had given consent to track my driveway but rather than do that the installer wanted to do the quickest and easiest job possible. He cut a track across my lawn and then proceeded to tack the cable along my house up and around the front door and to the other side of my house. This cabling is dangerous and is a hazard. It should never have been installed this way. But getting someone from Virgin to do anything about it is impossible.
I am at a loss as to what to do!
