Daft question!

Could someone wise me up please?

I've done posts and replies and sometimes would like to re-read, or pass the info to someone else. Recently, there was a useful response from a team member that I think should be shared widely. 

But, I can't find it! 

Obviously I'm missing something, or being dim, but there does not seem to be a way of going back. I only see what others have posted recently. 

I'd be grateful for any help or suggestions.
