Could one of the VM Staff tell me if an order was cancelled and the account is closed

Hi,

So I ordered VM when it came available in my area, but had to cancel it because I was moving.

When the team came to fit the outside wires to the property, I asked them not to as, between ordering and them coming to the work, I had decided to move.

I got a phone call from VM and asked them to cancel the whole order, they said I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours, which I didn't.

So want to make sure the order with cancelled and the account was closed.
I still have the account number from the emails etc...
